Important Guidelines for picture submission

  1. All images must be in 8 bit RGB colour mode
  2. All images must be larger than 3000 pixels in either width or height
  3. Pictures should be saved as JPG with a compression of no less than 'high quality'
  4. The filename of images you supply must consist only of picture ID or Code, eg: 12345.jpg
  5. Do not include description of image within filename
  6. Do not include any funny 'special characters' within filename such as / * & $ "
  7. Do not include spaces within the filename
  8. When emailing picture submissions ensure total email size does not exceed 20MB
  9. Your first submission should include no more than 5 images
